Michele Kieckhaefer is a founding Board member for Gracebridge Alliance, and she supports how Gracebridge Alliance cares for ministry leaders by guiding them in soul care, cultivating health through spiritual formation. Navigating a journey of health and healing for herself, Michele has also served with Gracebridge Alliance as a group co-hort leader to guide ministry leaders on their journeys. Michele has been in churches most of her life and has seen how pastors’ wounds play out in their leadership, and she recognizes that ministry leaders are simply people; while they may have training and knowledge from seminary, they need help learning to respect their bodies, minds and souls. In addition to her passion for healthy ministry leaders, Michele brings to the Board a background in business with a BS in Retail Management from UW-Madison.
Tyler Loomis has been a founding board member for Gracebridge Alliance because he believes that people who are constantly in the position of caring for others need to pay special attention to caring for themselves. As a pastor for 25 years, Tyler has been keenly aware of the special challenges that pastors and full time ministry leaders face as they seek to navigate healthy relationships around them, and most importantly, a healthy and vibrant relationship with God. In addition to being a pastor, Tyler has also been a professional counselor both full-time and part-time since 2006, taking a special interest in marriage counseling. Tyler hopes his passion for creating healthy growth processes can be a useful resource to the GBA team.
